Welcome to Club of Competition. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (clubofcompetition.in) and our educational services, operated by COC NINE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in our 100-Weeks Govt Exam Course, participating in our Weekly Tests, using our Career Advice Test (COC CAT), or accessing any part of our website, you signify your absolute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Club of Competition provides structured foundation courses, study maps, weekly tests, and AI-powered performance tracking for government competitive exams (including but not limited to UPSC, SSC, Banking, and State Exams). We deliver daily lesson targets, educational advice, and materials primarily via WhatsApp, Telegram, and our dedicated web applications.

3. User Accounts & Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account details updated.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, login links, and OTPs.
• Your account is strictly for your personal, individual use. Sharing account access, login details, or course content with third parties is a direct violation of these terms and will lead to immediate, non-refundable account termination.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by Club of Competition, including but not limited to PDF notes, video lectures, test series, study maps, methodologies, graphics, algorithms, and logos, are the exclusive intellectual property of COC NINE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access this content strictly for your personal, non-commercial educational use. Reproducing, copying, distributing, broadcasting, or reselling our content in any form is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your account and severe legal action.

5. Prohibited Conduct

While using our platform, community forums, and participating in our WhatsApp support groups, you agree not to:

• Post or share any defamatory, abusive, offensive, discriminatory, or illegal material.
• Engage in spamming, self-promotion, advertising, or soliciting other students for commercial purposes.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, destabilize, or exploit our web platforms, test portals, or AI tracking systems.
• Distribute pirated copies of our paid materials or assist others in doing so.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate our staff, mentors, or other students.

6. Payments and Fees

All fees for the 100-Weeks Mastery Course, Weekly Tests, and any other premium services are explicitly stated on our website. Payments must be made exclusively through our official authorized payment gateways. COC will never ask for your banking PINs, CVVs, or direct OTPs over phone calls. 7. Communications & Consent

By registering with Club of Competition, you expressly consent to receive communications from us electronically, via email, SMS, phone calls, and WhatsApp. These communications may include course updates, daily study targets, promotional offers, and security notices. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time, but transactional and course-related communications are necessary for the functioning of our services.

8. Service Availability & Maintenance

We strive to keep our services operational, bug-free, and safe. However, we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to our platform. Our website and web apps may occasionally be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance or unscheduled emergency repairs, or due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., internet service provider failures). We will not be liable to you if for any reason all or any part of our service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless COC NINE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality education and strategic guidance, Club of Competition does not guarantee successful clearance of any specific government exam or the securement of a job. Success depends entirely on the student's personal effort, discipline, and external variables. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

11. Force Majeure

We will not be deemed in default hereunder or held responsible for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of our obligations due to earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, act of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott, cyber-attacks, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.

12. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. The failure of Club of Competition to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
