This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to all products and services purchased through Club of Competition, operated by COC NINE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. Since we are an online educational platform, this policy explains how our digital content is delivered to you.

1. Digital Delivery Only

All our courses, study maps, weekly tests, PDFs, and Career Advice Test (COC CAT) results are 100% digital. We do not manufacture, print, or ship any physical goods such as books, CDs, DVDs, or printed notes. Because of this, standard physical shipping rates and timelines do not apply.

2. Instant Access & Timelines

Upon successful completion of your payment, your digital access is granted based on the following timelines:

• Course Enrollment: You will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message within 5 to 10 minutes of successful payment, containing your login credentials and group links.
• Weekly Tests: Access to the live test portal is immediate upon purchasing the specific test token.
• Daily Materials: For enrolled students, daily study targets and PDF notes are delivered electronically via WhatsApp/Telegram directly to your registered number on a set schedule.

3. Delivery Channels

We utilize the following channels to deliver our educational content and services to you:

• Student Web Portal: Accessible via your web browser with the secure login provided after enrollment.
• WhatsApp / Telegram: Used for direct delivery of daily schedules, instant doubt resolution, and PDF distributions.
• Registered Email: Used for payment receipts, official notices, and password recovery.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the phone number and email address you provide during registration are accurate and capable of receiving our messages.

4. Technical Issues with Delivery

If you have successfully made a payment but have not received your welcome message, login details, or access to the test portal within 30 minutes, this may be due to a technical glitch, a typo in your contact details, or network delays.

In such rare scenarios, your purchase is completely safe. Simply contact our support team with your transaction ID, and we will manually verify your payment and grant you immediate access to your purchased digital assets.
