Refund & Cancellation

Thank you for enrolling in courses at Club of Competition, operated by COC NINE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. We want to ensure that you have a rewarding experience while discovering, assessing, and purchasing our educational courses and weekly tests. Please read our policy regarding refunds and cancellations carefully.

1. Strict No-Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our services (including but not limited to the 100-Weeks Mastery Course, PDF notes, study maps, Weekly Tests, and proprietary video content), all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once you have enrolled in a course or purchased a test, the knowledge, strategies, and resources are immediately made available to you. Because this digital intellectual property cannot be "returned," we cannot process refunds for change of mind, lack of time to study, or failure to clear an exam.

2. Cancellation of Enrollment

You may choose to stop utilizing our platform or participating in the daily WhatsApp study groups at any time. However, canceling your participation or deleting your account will not entitle you to a full or partial refund for any unused portion of the 100-weeks course or pre-paid weekly tests.

3. Exceptions: Double Payments & Technical Glitches

The only exception to our No-Refund policy is in the event of a proven technical error resulting in a duplicate payment for the same service. If you have been charged twice for the exact same transaction:

• Please notify our support team immediately at support@clubofcompetition.in or via our official WhatsApp helpdesk.
• Provide proof of the duplicate transaction (e.g., bank statements, transaction IDs).
• Upon verification, we will initiate a refund for the duplicate amount. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Termination by Club of Competition

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and course access immediately, without prior notice or refund, if you are found to be in violation of our Terms & Conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing proprietary course materials with non-enrolled individuals, engaging in piracy, or exhibiting abusive behavior toward mentors or fellow students.

5. Commitment to Quality

We stand by the quality of our 100-Weeks Foundation Course and our methodology. We encourage all prospective students to review the course structure, compare the paths (as shown on our home page), and take the Free Test before making a financial commitment to ensure our program is the right fit for your career goals.
